Her holistic approach to align people, processes and technology and knack for connecting humans and ideas with each other ensures success of complex large-scale programs and achievement of strategic goals.
Leah has transformed customer experiences and global businesses across communications, high tech, aerospace, and consumer goods industries. She most recently led Strategy and Operations for the Global Services organization at Akamai Technologies. There she evolved the 2,400-person global, customer-facing organization by defining long-term strategies, delivering high priority programs, enabling employees and customers, and aligning and energizing the organization. Previously, she led global transformational programs at Accenture Strategy, focusing on operating model transformation, cost reduction, revenue acceleration, and product portfolio optimization.
Leah grew up in New York and Florida and holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. She lives in Boston with her husband and daughter.
